I also bought the $500 Fein, just to have the cool case more than anything. I'd have been satisfied with just the tool, but I HAD to have a case for my can. And a super nice case it is.

That said, I STILL like my RotoZip MUCH better. Even for straight line cutting. I do understand that lot of people have a hard time using a RotoZip. I am just one of the few that likes it and can use it with delicate control.
