Are the logs the only thing on the gas? Could the gas be turned off somewhere else? LP gas? Sorry to answer a question with a question but need a little more info please. If other things are connected to the gas and the logs have been turned off a while, a bug or spider may have gotten in the logs and laid eggs blocking the flow; if nothing else is using gas, is your tank still full? We're the logs disconnected before blowing them out with pressure? How much pressure was used, could the regulator have been damaged by too much pressure? Hope you can see where my questions are going...

Time to light the pilot on the gas logs. Turned the gas on with the key. Turned it to pilot and held it in, next pushed the igniter button while holding in the pilot button. Nothing. Tried lighting it manually with no luck. It doesn't seem to be getting gas, I can't smell anything. Made sure remote is on, cleaned the burners with canned air. Frustrated. What would restrict the flow of gas?
I did turn the pilot off and the gas off for the summer. Anyone have any other suggestions?
