Are you asking to put something to be sure of a level floor or are you asking what to do about the water runoff that will be going to the gazebo?
The picture looks like you have it fairly well level. I suppose you can use 2x6s for joists then OSB to flatten things out the put your rock and bricks on it. Don't know if that'll work; perhaps someone who knows masonry can answer that.
It you are concerned about water around acting on the foundation, a French drain should work.

We are planning to built a 12 x 12 gazebo with a brick floor.
My question is this:
There is quite a slope in the yard where this is going to sit.
What do you recommend to put where the slope is so much more?
We would like to avoid bringing a large amount of dirt to level out and reseed ... especially this time of the year.
