[DIY] olive oil / Re: Old Wood - a little OT Touch of Oranges

 

I always rub olive oil (“pure”, not extra virgin) into any old, dry wood. Let it soak in for a little while, rub with dry cotton cloth until no more oil comes off. The wood soaks up a lot of oil, and looks beautifully lustrous. Doesn’t collect any more dust than anything else, and the olive oil is of course completely non-toxic.

Might have to do it again in a few months. That does not bother me….
