Cheater pipe.  Take an old piece of steel pipe and slip it over the pipe wrench.  More torque.  Do the same for the piece it's connected to only in the opposite direction.  This will hold the pipe steady as you remove the part you want to take off.  Otherwise you might end up twisting and bending the whole thing.  Could be a two-man job just to do that one removal.

I am trying to remove a threaded fitting from a 2 inch water drain pipe.

Three foot pipe wrench does not do the job.

Any tricks?

Heat cold saw?
