[DIY] Re: gfci trip

 

Actually a GFCI operation as nothing to do w/ GROUND, it trips based on an IMBALANCE between current in L1 and Neutral, thus a GFCI can trip from a 2-wire device anytime L1 current exceeds Neutral current, such as a connection/ plug laying in a shrub bed w/ fertilizer during a rain :-)
