Don't know where you  get two phase, one leg of 3 phase is 208, but if you only have single phase power ( normal residential construction ) then you will have either 220 or 240 volts , NOT 208.

 

 

send 2phase 

or 208vac (often incorrectly called 220 or 240) is a thought.

He gets then, 2 legs of 120vac, just like most homes.
