| mICROWAVES do not change the structure of food..that is old wives' tale...2.5 GHz radio waves make the water molecules (Hyrdrogen and Oxygen) precess (spin around fast and vibrate) and get hot. Grilling is what changes the structure of the good and creates carcinogens in that black crust from too much heat... Bread and stuff get soft in microwave becasue the waves stimulte the water molecules and that is too much for light texture of bread.. othersie micro is perfectlly safe Rich MSEE,PhD High Energy physics!!!!!
