Hi Charlie,
When it comes to making custom window screens for your windows, I would ask a professional window person to come out, measure and build them for you. They will guarantee the work and you will be sure they will fit. I had to do the same thing for 3 front windows that were the "same size", but these windows were over 20 years old and settled over time, the screens turned out to be different sizes (slightly different, but different enough that I can't interchange them in the windows).
