Dryer outlet should read 120 volt on EACH leg to "common".....Total
240 volts......Your dryer breaker should be at least 30 amps and a
"double breaker"....Note: when a breaker "trips" the handle or lever does
not move to the opposite side.....It will just "unseat" and still appear to
be "in place".....To reset the breaker the lever has to be moved to the
opposite side and than back to its normal operational position....Pumps
