I have a lot of muriatic acid. I looked at a lot of comments about it on the net and and almost universally, people think it will degrade the present grout. I FINALLY got it all off with hot sugar water. I have another tile floor that I put in a few years ago that is also glazed and textured but never had problems with grout in the texture. It cleans as well as a non textured floor.
