If you have a "Dollar Tree" store in your area, you may be able to pick one up there. They have them here in my area (Ohio) for $1.00.....just like everything else in a Dollar Tree store..........They do work well, as long as the clog in in the "trap" and not further down the line.

Drain stoppage most likely hairball, removable w/ drain zipper as advertised on TV, works well, Cost= $1-$3/each; alternate if open drain, vs strainer is hairpins, tooth[aste caps, razors, combs.  If white PVC plastic drain, tools most likely not required, just get a pan and remove, clean, reinstall.  NEVER use tools to tighten plastics.
