[DIY] Re: (Solved) Can 1 circuit affect another circuit?

 

For starters I do not advise handling live electrical lines. He was able
to handle the line because he was not completing the circuit. As long
as you are not grounded out, you can touch a live wire without being
shocked. Again I don't advise it because one mistake maybe all you get.
Lamp cords etc have two lines because electricity in essences has to
flow through the device to work.
