Northern Tools sells them for $89 and no shipping cost.
According to their site, it looks like Home Depot sells that very brand for $99 400watt.
Generally good reviews (4 out of 5 stars for 29 reviewers), with the negative complaints mainly
about heat output (not enough).

Econo-Heat wall panel heater. Apparently, it's a piece of 2'x 2' particle board (or some kind of relatively-soft, easily-damaged material) embedded with heating wires.
Really neat idea -- has narrow spacers on the back, you mount it to the wall, plug it in (110v). Even paint it.
I thought about putting it in the bedroom, but I belatedly thought about what it's made from and what toxins might be outgassing all night. Plus, I probably don't need a separate heater in the bedroom.
