I have had water stains on my ceiling too and yes, Kiltz will cover them.

Hi, I recently had a roof leak repaired around a skylight on the second floor. The leak resulted in some water stains on the ceiling of the room just below that. I had been told that I could mix up a 40% bleach/water solution and spray it on the stains and that would get rid of them. But the stains returned after we had some rain which was after he fixed the leak. So the roof repair guy said the only way I can get rid of them is to cover them with several coats of something like Kilz stain block. True? Thanks. Joyce
