You will need either a hot water bath (for acid fruits or acidified vegetables), or for everything else, you will need a pressure cooker. You can find instructions on the web. Be SURE you follow instructions EXACTLY. improperly canned food can kill you. Also, an improperly used pressure canner can explode, violently.
