Lowes or Home Depot or Ace - any good home improvement store has them. The best thing to do is to remove the old one so you can match it with the new one. Sometimes there are differences and you need to get the right one.

Thanks for your response. The diverter is the type that you pull up on a knob that is placed on top of the tub faucet. So how do I go about replacing the tub spout? Thanks. Joyce
