We are in the process of buying a trailer with a plywood floor. It got wet in a certain point and the owner changed out the soaked plywood for a better piece. I just wonder, though, if there is some kind of sealant that can be put over the plywood floor to make it less porous? I want to get rid of the carpeting and put linoleum down anyway, but wondering about plywood flooring.
