Gutters should be installed with a slope towards the downspout(s) to drain properly. Perhaps your gutter is installed improperly. You can check it with level.

Subject: [DIY] Gutter
We cleaned them out month ago and have few if any tree debris since we removed all the trees on that side. Yet I went out in hard rain and found the very concerning section, for water infiltration, had water dripping out the back side of the gutter seam. Everywhere else I only saw droplets coming from the bottom of gutters. Any advice on this. Its clear that significant water is dripping against house vs getting down the downspout because of this. There has been no damage to them. I think they are called k gutters.
