Went digging for a cabin filter and didn't find one. The manual didn't show one either or how to replace it. I don't think they started putting them in until 2002 in Nissan Frontiers from what I've found on the internet. I didn't think I had seen one when I was working on my stereo behind the glove box several years ago.

This all news to me. I never knew about a cabin air filter. To be sure I'm going to be digging in for it.
I drive an older frontier pickup, its a little more buried in mine. Glad someone brought that up, there is never an end to the things we learn. Mine has never been looked at, bought it new in 1998.
