I have used several of these in my job at a university. The gas operated ones can be outfitted with tool boxes with a moderate amount of weight and still function well on light to moderate slopes. The electric ones operate well too and have the added bonus of being very quiet. If you have a local service dealer this would probably meet your needs as described. With the stock wheels and suspension don't expect to be able to clear many rocks; the larger wheels offered increase the clearance with little loss of power. Vinyl covers can also be fitted to totally enclose the seating area for rainy weather and zipped up when not needed.
