Float the whole floor with leveler.
May as well add electric wires for warming the floor and a
nice tile. About 200 watts, but it's set on a thermostat
& a timer so on-time (~1hr?) is just for pre-breakfast
and as you desire.

>I am putting a new toilet in the master bath and I have discovered that even with no wax seal, the toilet will not go flat to the floor. It sets about 1/4 inch high in the back. I am not crazy about removing the black cast iron flange.
