Hi, The paint on my house's metal bulkhead has become somewhat pitted and there is a small area of rust. What is the best way to prepare the surfaces for new paint? Wire brush?
Is there a particular brand/type of paint that would be best for this job? I don't know if living in the northeast with wide summer/winter temperature swings would influence which type of paint I should use.
