Do the hornets have a nest in the a-frame?
If so, remove cat for 1-2 days
then spray/remove nest w/ 25' type can of wasp spray and protective clothing and head net and gloves,etc
then wash out a-frame w/hose
Replace cat.
If no nest then I would put window screen on ingress points of a-frame,
and make small cat-door BUT how big is a-frame...a pic would be nice to
answer your question more succinctly..

Subject: [DIY] hornets
Pardon me if I have sent this before. Does anyone know how to repel hornets without repelling cats? They are returning to my cat's a-frame and I would like to let her use it especially now that her kidneys are failing and she needs her favorite things and places.
