Does the saw bind when you cut just guidiing it with your hands? Or does it bind when you try to hold it against some kind of straight edge?
If the latter, then the saw alignment is out due to banging or dropping the saw. The only way to fix this is to bend it back in alignment. Some high end saws have an alignment adjustment, but I doubt an old black and decker saw does.
