Check to be sure you have power there, there is nothing blocking the sensor, then check the bulbs. If everything is still good, you probably will have to change the motion detector. They do give out after a while.

Subject: [DIY] Motion Lights not working
Two flood lights on a single base, up high in front, that come on at the slightest movement. They are wired in - no on/off switch, the electrician just showed me the outlet that has the power line. This morning I let the dogs out at 4am, no lights. I went out on the step, no lights. Went further out and walked back and forth in several areas which should have set them off. I can see a tiny red light up there — between the two bulbs - but the regular lights won’t come on. Just put new bulbs in a few weeks ago. Checked the outlet and it’s working fine. They are so sensitive it’s been a bit of an irritation, but it’s dark, dark, dark out there without them. I definitely want them back :)
