The things we learn on this list, LOL.
I suspect there is a break/short in my lights someplace. Even though it's been working fine, I swear there are times only one bulb is working but if I look out they are both on.

Not found a kitchen thermometer that starts that low, of course, I've not been to a big store or restaurant supply. Mine are pretty good, just start higher. Maybe my best friend will have one, Amazon.com :)
