I was even thinking that we could keep the same nails in (if they're not bent upon taking them out), push them up and out from the backside using a ceramic tile slate or such, and them just hammer them back in. We can use a little nail tap to get them in place without leaving hammer marks on the molding, and then one quick coat of the same almond color paint. We'll see, thanks for the advice :u)
