LOL, no actually there are two used tire shops down the road, but the OP
wanted a way to remove four tires from the rims without paying the 10
dollars per rim that the shop wants, and he said that he would spend up to
the 40 dollar limit for a tool to do the job.

actually merely asking how to uninstall a tire from its rim without having
the traditional equipment. Bill must not live in a large southern state
*(like Texas) where you can find a Mexican tire shop where one can get a
tire removed, buy a used tire, and have it mounted for $10.
