Yeah, I forgot to say they're homemade shades -- basically a strip of wood that needs to be attached to the window. Even the places online that sell roman shade hardware, the only hardware they sell is everything but mounting hardware. And the instructions for making roman shades never say how to mount them. As popular as they are, as many people who make them, I would have thought that there would be some simple, universal mounting bracket that looks and works better than corner brackets!
