10 ft down, the soil; temp lags air temp a full season.
If you can't dig that deeply to bury piping for heat dumping,
you might lay pipe and top it with a huge mound. Then
shade it with planted trees. Water via greywater, which
also adds thermal mass and conductance where the
pipes are. Same thing if you make a septic field.
