Another thought when you roll $$ into it;
- MOST UTILITY COMPANIES HAVE A MINIMUM FEE, so ($250-$500/ year) with freeze protection versus $xxx. minimum fee connected;
- Our local minimum fee probably $60/month range (LG&W) with Zero consumption (which I think is unfair/ way too high);
- (Disconnect/ Reconnect hassels) E.g Deposits/ Credit Checks/ versus/ waiting;
- The economy sucks and fees too high, but try to get a repair for less than $250???????
