I too have my garage floor painted (with what I don't recall but it was from Home Depot). It was a TON of work to apply but it held up well...for a couple of years then, apparently, the hot tires from the car started peeling the paint off the floor.
So, I need to strip it all and reapply again. I *believe* what I applied was epoxy based but it was several years ago.
Since I really don't want to have to do this again, I'd appreciate any recommendations on the best way to remove the
existing paint as well as recommendations on what I should apply this time around (e.g. brand name etc).

Chuck,I am running a test to confirm your statement. My garage floor was 12 years old when I had it acid etched and two coats of epoxy paint. That was four years ago. I have yet to see any spot of peeling or wear or fading. ;-)BobOn Jul 13, 2016, at 7:40 AM, Chuck Vischulis seaavee@yahoo.com [DoIt_Yourself] <DoIt_Yourself@yahoogroups.com> wrote:So I cannot agree that "There is NOTHING that is liquid applied that is going to adhere without peeling." is a valid statement.
