It is the same. I thought they had discontinued it several months ago. Perhaps there was some problem and they were on back order. I have had very good service using water base and oil paints. As with any sprayer, cleanliness is the key to success and long life. I ordered a spare compressor unit and used it for a new motor on my shop vac and it has given good service there as well. At $99.00 you can't hardly go wrong as compared to 4 and 500 for others similar systems. Just be sure to thin the paint to about the consistency of heavy cream and you should have no problems.
