[DIY] Help with insulating a new room floor

 

Hello group, i added a new laundry room to the house , it sits above ground @ 3feet and the floor joists are exposed to the elements. Need some advice on the correct way to insulate under there. Also a way to be finished off at the bottom of joists to enclose in or vent the space ...Thanks, James
