Let me take this opportunity to get on my soapbox about selection of exhaust fans. Don't be cheap and buy a "contractor grade" $25 fan for a large bathroom. #1: buy a fan with the CFM rating slightly larger than the square footage of the room. Any smaller will not do any good and allow the mirrors to steam up.
#2: buy a fan with a sone rating less than 1.5. This is the noise rating and having a fan you can here running loudly will keep you from using it.
