unaware of the requirement. We just had natural gas piped to the close
by towns so there is a glut on tanks and a smaller customer base so we
negotiated a $1.00 rental fee per year for ours.
Estimating how much gas you will use certainly depends on the type of
structure you build and how efficient it is. If you build an extremely
energy efficient home like we did you won't need a lot but if you build
the run of the mill stick house your usage will go way up.
