We are in the process of building a new home. We have a 5' crawl space under the house.  Unknown to us, an underground water line had broken a block up from us.  We closed up the unfinished home for the winter and came back in the spring to finish it.  Because of the moisture, our crawl space was very wet in places.  We hadn't yet put down the 6 ml plastic because it is in a desert area but it was a big mistake.  Now we have a black mold problem.  OH THAT STINKS in many ways.  We had a guy spray it was a mold solution that killed what we can see but now we don't know what to do about future moisture.  We are thinking we can spray everything with a primer to seal in the remaining spores.  We have heard that you should not put fiberglass insulation under there because mold loves paper so we are thinking of styrofoam.  Would it do any good to pour a concrete floor down there or would plastic and gravel work?
