Yes, similar problem several times in past with our nozzle holes being stopped up with clear, plastic/ (saran wrap type) debris. Unscrew the center and remove the spray nozzle. Cleaned with pliars/ fingers/ tweezers. I suspect (someone) had been putting old jars in DW w/ labels still attached? Remember top and bottom spray heads
