Re: [DIY] Cleaning old oil stains on garage floor

I had much the same problem. I remembered that my father had a solution.

Using a old (push) broom handle, a 6 x 6 by 12" piece of wood was attached. Oil Dry was spread over the oil and the wood block used to scrub it in. It pulverizes the oil dry and works it into the floor. It works for me.

Subject: [DIY] Cleaning old oil stains on garage floor

Hopefully someone has an easy way to do this,  our garage floor has a good sized oil stain that has been there for over 2 years.  It came from a leaking truck in a garage that we had rented out.  Any easy ways to clean it up???
Thanks in advance, Ed
