I'd first try Dawn dishwashing liquid.  Mix up a good batch with water and pour a generous amount on the stain.  Let sit for 10-15 minutes then use a deck brush to scrub.
Only Dawn.  Nothing else works to cut oil/grease as well.

Hopefully someone has an easy way to do this, our garage floor has a good sized oil stain that has been there for over 2 years. It came from a leaking truck in a garage that we had rented out. Any easy ways to clean it up???
