I deleted the photos to save space, but what is the winter climate where you live? If it freezes you never want to run water pipes through an unheated space or in an outside wall.
Stairway - on the right is the pathway for water and electrical from one side of the foyer to the other. It's simply a room on one side where all the water/electrical etc connections come into the house. There is a V shape area that houses the pipes and electrical to the kitchen. They run on the back side of the kitchen wall. Electrical has been run through that pathway, over the staircase and down into the access area on the other side. Why can't you bring the water pipes to my half bath the same way - either over the staircase or dip down a couple of feet and run them under the staircase and floor then come up at the closet. At this point, there is water only at the front end of the house, all on the south side, and I don't see any other way to bring it further. Hoping a plumber can see a better solution.
Thanks for any information you can provide. I have a handyman coming in the morning to look at it but I don't know if this would require any special skill or not.
