Yes, I've had the new oven sitting in my kitchen for two weeks and today it's finally installed and working. It has been a real hassle, not because there was a problem with replacing the oven but no one could fully understand what the problem was until they actually saw it. I spent three hours on the phone Monday trying to coordinate all the different people which they were on hold with someone else trying to explain the problem. Yesterday, they sent someone from high up in the installation department, and he had to call for approval to pry open the door in order to get to the lock to break it open. No one had ever seen the problem and he said, actually, it was two control panels that went out - and he had to break the door to get it open but otherwise the oven was brand-new — except no one could get it open :) They spent more in tech/installer calls than the oven cost brand-new.
