I have the information for the BTUs, I just didn't know how to check if it was receiving the correct amount. The right front is my go to burner and it doesn't get hot enough to fry chicken - it cooks fine, just takes forever and doesn't get brown and crispy like my husband likes it. Even the Turbo Boil isn't what I expected, doesn't seem to boil any faster than on the front burner.
