Is it possible that you have activated the safety mechanism on your
pressure regulator? The shutoff valve on the 5 gallon propane tank must
be opened very slowly or it will switch to a greatly reduced propane
flow. After you connect your regulator to the tank, slowly crack the
shutoff valve to pressurize the regulator. Then you should receive full
gas flow.
