Is made of concrete blocks. The inside north section wall has been fixed after I caused it to bow. Now I hear about insulating the holes of these perimeter blocks in the basement so I figure can be done in garage as well as they are open at north wall. In basement at the sill plate? They stuff with batt and seal off with expanding foam. Hubby says he would just fill the holes with concrete for the garage. What do u think?
