I'm inclined to stick with either Square D or Cuttler Hammer. Trick to remember. Run the conduit and wire first then set the box. Its a whole lot easier that way.

Look up NEC (National Electrical Code)table 310.15(B)(6).
Single phase 3 wire service for residential requires 1AWG for 150 amp and 2/0 AWG for 200 amp.
