Lexan I have seen cut by fireman's saw and it melted the joint back together; it is what is layered to make bullet-proof glass. $$ is (plexiglass price x2-x3?). Poly/ lexan is used in many plastic signs and you can bend in half without cracking. I have never seen it crack from drilling. Plexiglass will snap & shatter if bent too far Terry/ Memphis
