If you go to your paint store and ask the contractors rep. to take a look at your problem ...they will. I'm retired Painting Contractor seems to be a material problem to me or somebody waxed the paneling (on most mobile homes)on the walls. Either case the paint store will gladly (they like to get out of the store) come over and help you. hope this helps..... Jeff
