Thanks for advice. I know it's theoretically possible for mice to come in at all hours of the day, but they're mostly nocturnal, right? Basically, I'm wondering if we cleared the pantry of anything tempting and sprayed mint oil all around the dog door, would it be fine to use during the afternoon?
I'd put traps around the dog door but one of our dogs is insane for food and would seriously try to eat the trap, even if it's just a little cracker.
